Valisa's House (her humble abode)

"We have to go to the school to get them, they would find it odd if we knew automaticly which class's we have and when." Valisa said, nodding up at him.

"Hmm. Sorry I forgot things were done differently here." I told her.

"Yeah, things change." Valisa said, running a hand through her hair.

"No really I thought it was the same for the last 400 years." I told her sarcastically "What I meant was that it was different than some other schools now a days." I replied being straight forward now.

Valisa rolled her eyes at his smart comment.
"Thats America for you." She said, sighing and leaning back in the chair.

"One of the few countries that doesn't have a single based public school system." I muttered.

"Well what to do now?" I asked leaning up against the computer desk.

Valisa looked up at him, then shrugged.
"I have no idea. Wait, I suppose?" She asked hopelessly, biting the inside of her cheek.

I waited a sec for her to continue, but when she bit the inside of her cheek I had a fairly good guess what was in her mind.
"Yes?" I asked. I'm not a freaking mind reader

"Hm?" Valisa mumbled, resting her head on the back of the chair with some effort. Closing her eyes, she thought about how school would be tomorrow.

"I thought You had a suggestion of what to do?" I told her. Watching her lean her head back against the chair. "Worried about something?" I asked casually. Taking my lighter out of my pocket and playing with it.

"Not really." She said, ignoring the sudden clicking. "I just feel a little worn out, in whatever way us vampires are worn out."

"Does life tire thee." I quoted jokingly.
"I wouldn't know how us Vampires can be tired or worn out. I haven't felt that way since I was changed."

"Lucky, I feel this way all the time. Its usually when I need to relax, after I've been in a stressful situation..." Valisa trailed off, hoping Kyle knew what she ment.

"Do I stress you out?" I inquired.
I didn't know what could be so stressful about the last 24 hours.

"No not you, Kyle." Valisa said. "The wolf, remember?" She said, not bothering to open her eyes.

"O right. I guess that might be a little stressful." I answered. It didn't seem stressful to me but I guess that was because I was use to fighting off large animals all through my childhood. It didn't seem strange that the animals in this world would be larger, but it seemed reasonable that most would be stressed by that situation.

"Yeah, since I'm not really the one to fight with the wolves. I leave them alone, they leave me alone. I wonder why that one attacked..." Valisa trailed off.

"Well wolves are known for protecting there territory, but that would be La Push...." I trialed off lost in my thoughts I started to pace going through other reasons on how it would see us as a threat. "Unless!" I suddenly shot to a conclusion. "It was protecting its territory just not land wise. It must have a mate out here. Its bonded." I glanced back at her hoping that this would make since to her.
