"Vampire senses and speed work wonders," he said as softly as he could where she could still hear him.

"Haha yes they do." I said. "I think I would know." I said, winking at him.

(i'm wondering if kaleigh will ever find out their secret....)

"Of course you would," Collin said.

I let out a small bubble of laughter, and smiled at him.

The sub gave the two of them a look, as if silencing them with his eyes.

I smashed my lips together, giving the teacher a you-look-away-first glare.

The teacher seemed unmoved by the look.

I narrowed my eyes, looking at him strait in the eye. What the heck?

A loud clatter on the other side of the room caught everyone's attention.

I tore my glare from the teacher, searching for the source of the sound.

On the other side of the room a boy was bent over by his desk, picking up his belongings which he seemed to have knocked to the floor by accident.

I sighed, turning back in my seat. "Clumsy." I muttered to myself.

I stared at the boy, not because of his clumsiness, but because he had the bluest eyes I had ever seen. It took all I had not to let my mouth drop open.

I sighed, glancing at Collin. "Are we just going to sit here for the entire class?" I whispered to him.

"The assignment is on the board," he said. "It's just a matter of us doing it or not."

"I say no. Homework..."

"Then we're just sitting here the whole time."

"I can deal with that."

"I figured you could."

"Years of patience my friend." I smiled. "Estúpido maestro ..."

"Hm..."

(WTH?!)

I sighed again and wrote the assignment down in my note book. "Want to work on this in free period?" I muttered.

(My head hurts, and you are throwing spanish at me. I'm also kinda distracted.)

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea," Collin agreed. "Wouldn't be able to get much done with all the talking anyway."

"Ha to bad. Its easy to talk to you."
