History Class

I walked into History Class pretty early. There were just a few minutes until the bell rang, and there were only a few kids inside the room.

Resigned I walked in the room after right before the bell rang. I wanted to put this off as long as I could but in the end it was inevitable. Apparently Collin wasn't in this class, because I didn't see him anywhere.

"Were'd Collin go?" I asked as Kaleigh walked into the room, alone.

"I dunno. He disappeared down some hallway. I guess he doesn't have this class."

I perked my ears up, trying to see if I could hear Collin going down the hallway.

There no noise in the hallway, since the bell had rung. It seemed that Collin really did have a different class.

I waited for a minute as the late bell rang. I couldent here Collin. Were is he? I KNOW he has this class!

I looked at Maria. She looked anxious about something. Is Collin supposed to be in this class? If so, where is he?

(COLLIN -ahem-)

I blinked a few times, listening harder. Were in the world is he? He was behind me the whole time back to the school!

Ten minutes after class had started, Collin finally walked in.

I was glad I saved a seat for him beside me. "Were have you been." I hissed under my breath.

"Sorry, someone almost caught me coming back into the school," he replied.

"Oh." I huffed out a breath as he sat down beside me. For some reson, the teacher wasnt here yet.

Finally the door to the classroom opened, but the teacher didn't walk in, some other adult did. "Hello students, I'm your sub for today."

I blink slowly. The teacher was young, probably 20 years old. "Sub?" I whispered under my breath to Collin.

"I guess so," he said back.

"He looks 20, and he is a sub." I stated, very stupdly, I might add.

"Hm..."

(idk what to say!!!!)

"Weird.." I muttered as the sub started to write something on the board. His name, I'm sure.

But it wasn't his name, just the assignment for that day.

The Sub sat down at his desk, watching over the class. I said so low that only Collin could hear: "Who almost caught you?"

"That new senior teacher that everyone says is really strict and mean," he said with a slight grimace. "That wouldn't have been fun."

"Oh. I'm sorry about that." I said.

"I got away," he said. "That's all that matters."

(I thought it said GO AWAY XD)

"I suppose so." I whispered, thinking. "How'd you get away?"
